Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 AMD Launched in Malaysia, Prices Start from RM2,399

Some machines aren't content with doing just one thing. As its name suggests, the Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 is indeed flexible, allowing you to fold it in up to 3 different configurations: laptop mode, tablet mode, and entertainment mode - a tented display for you to easily view and consume media on a tabletop.

The new Flex 5 AMD is equipped with up to AMD Ryzen 7 4700U mobile processors with Integrated AMD Radeon Graphics, promising smooth performance for both work and education. It also comes pre-installed with Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019, and is equipped with a noise-cancelling dual microphone and 720p webcam for conference calls that are rapidly becoming the norm nowadays.

Inside, you'll find up to 16GB of DDR4-3200 RAM, 1TB of NVMe SSD, and a a 3-cell battery that Lenovo claims will last you through 12 hours of continuous use. Outside, you'll be greeted with the usual array of ports, including USB-A 3.1 ports, USB-C, HDMI 1.4b, a 4-in-1 card reader, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Price-wise, expect to fork out RM2,399 for the AMD Ryzen 3 4300U and AMD Ryzen 5 4500U options, and starting from RM3,475.12 (yes, that specific) for the AMD Ryzen 7 4700U variant.
