The Infinix Campus Cup (XCC) 2025 Regional Grand Finals took place at SM Mall of Asia Music Hall, where the Philippines’ NU Bulldogs dominated with a 3-0 sweep over Cambodia’s Team TDN in a thrilling MLBB best-of-5 match.
Featuring over 1,000 teams from 400+ schools across five Southeast Asian countries, the tournament showcased top campus esports talent. The NU Bulldogs triumphed over strong contenders like Malaysia’s USM Vendetta, Indonesia’s Little Pikaa, and Myanmar’s KMD to claim the regional title on home soil.
Infinix Campus Cup (XCC) 2025: A Festival of Talent and Technology
The XCC 2025 Grand Finals was more than a tournament — it was a dynamic celebration of esports, pop culture, and tech. Hosted by MPL’s Hans Galeria and Brigida Ramos, the event turned SM Mall of Asia Music Hall into an energetic hub for fans, creators, and student gamers.
Crowds gathered to meet popular campus creators like Fuego Gaming, Jayat Gaming, Chacha Pega, and Kristine Santamena, who not only made appearances but actively engaged with the community through live gameplay and interactive experiences.

Esports energy hit new heights with GT 30 Pro ambassador Renejay and members of Aurora Gaming—including Edward, Domengkite, Demonkite, Yue, and Calad—who brought championship-level intensity and inspired the next wave of student challengers.
Adding even more firepower was a show-stopping performance from P-Pop powerhouse G22—Jaz, AJ, and Alfea, who lit up the stage with high-energy hits, giving the crowd a concert-worthy experience.

Lucky fans also had the opportunity to get hands-on with the Infinix GT 30 Pro, engineered for high-performance student gamers with elite specs and a striking design. Raffle prizes like the GT 30 Pro and a TTRacing gaming chair added to the day’s electrifying atmosphere.

Home Turf, Historic Win
The NU Bulldogs’ dominant sweep was more than just a victory — it was a landmark moment. Representing the Philippines on home turf, they rose to the challenge, claiming the championship title, the majority of the $30,000 prize pool, and the honour of becoming the first-ever XCC Regional Champions.
Their win was celebrated on stage by Lee Viloria (MOONTON Games), Jab Escutin (SIBOL), and Levana Yan (Infinix), marking a proud achievement for both the team and the nation.

Jab Escutin, General Manager of the SIBOL Philippine National Esports Team, praised NU’s win as a reflection of the growing talent in Southeast Asia’s campus esports scene. He highlighted Infinix’s role in providing student-athletes with the platform they deserve through tournaments like XCC, and expressed pride in hosting the Regional Finals and witnessing the passion of teams across the region.
Ray Ng, Head of Esports Ecosystem at MOONTON Games, also commended Infinix for successfully organizing the Campus Cup, which united student teams from across Southeast Asia. He emphasized the collaboration’s importance in supporting young talent and creating opportunities for aspiring esports athletes.
From Campus Gaming to Global Opportunities
As part of its mission to empower the next generation of esports stars, Infinix continues to expand its gaming ecosystem beyond competition, bridging the gap between campus-level and professional play. A standout initiative was the XCC Bootcamp Visit & Training Program, a high-level experience for national champions ahead of the finals.
Before hitting the main stage, champion teams participated in intensive workshops, scrims, and mentorships hosted by top-tier MLBB squads, including HomeBois (Malaysia), Aurora Gaming (Philippines), ONIC Esports (Indonesia), Duck Rice Esports (Cambodia), and Mythic Seal (Myanmar). These bootcamps provided student-athletes with first-hand experience in MPL-level esports discipline, teamwork, and preparation.

In addition, Infinix is enhancing its development pipeline through a Team Tryout Program, where national champions gain early access and priority entry into pro team tryouts—paving a direct path into the professional scene.
Looking forward, Infinix is also developing exclusive international esports immersion programs, offering student-athletes and creators global exposure and opportunities to engage with wider communities on the world stage.
Infinix Powers the Future of Campus Esports
Following its successful regional expansion, the Infinix Campus Cup (XCC) is reaching new heights — opening more doors for student-athletes, creators, and campus esports communities. What started as a local initiative has grown into a pan-Asian celebration of youth, talent, and technology.
“Infinix Campus Cup’s success across Southeast Asia shows our strong commitment to developing grassroots talent,” said Tony Zhao, CEO of Infinix. “We’re proud to create meaningful pathways for student players to rise as global esports contenders.”
The XCC 2025 Grand Finals were powered by the Infinix GT 30 Pro — the official tournament phone for top-tier MLBB leagues. Featuring the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Premium Gaming chipset, 120 FPS All-Day System, and Responsive GT Trigger, the GT 30 Pro delivers seamless gameplay and pro-level control built for elite competition.

XCC 2025 is an Infinix-led initiative officially endorsed under MOONTON’s MLBB E-Project, which allows select partners to host tournaments using official Mobile Legends: Bang Bang IP. This recognition strengthens the Infinix Campus Cup’s position as a growing force in grassroots esports. The event is also supported by TTRacing Philippines, the Official Gaming Chair Partner of XCC.
