Huawei has announced that its HarmonyOS 2-powered Huawei Watch 3 Series will be available in Malaysia soon, with the company asking consumers to stay tuned on June 25. The launch will involve promotions and freebies.
The new smartwatch series offers SpO2 monitoring measurement and Huawei TruSeen 4.5 heart rate monitoring for 24/7 health monitoring, as well as Huawei TruRelax with breath exercises and Huawei TruSleep 2.0 with AI technology. On the workout side, there are more than 100 modes, and the watches will record key data like calories burnt, activity duration, heart rate interval, workout progress, and recovery time, which will be used to present “scientific exercise plans” and infographics.
The HUAWEI Watch 3 Pro member of the series boasts a five-day battery life in Smart Mode and an up to 21 days battery life in ultra-long battery life mode. Meanwhile, the Huawei Watch 3 offers up to three days of battery life in Smart Mode and up to 14 days in ultra-long battery life mode. Both support the dual charge method for reverse wireless charging.
Both watches also offer support for local apps, eSIM calling and can sync with Android and iOS phones in addition to Huawei ones, while the Huawei Watch 3 Pro is billed as the first smartwatch made with Dual GPS as well. Meanwhile, the smart assistant features for both watches includes SOS mode and a Fall Detection feature that allows the watches to automatically go into Help mode when a fall is detected. There’s also Voice NotePad and interactive video watch face.
Aesthetically, the Huawei Watch 3 Series has an ultra-curved 3D glass screen, ceramic glass at the rear, a titanium body, and an interactive rotating crown with a 3D form factor. It’ll also have a smoother interface grid launcher.
