HUAWEI's nova 8 is coming to Malaysia on 27 August, featuring an OLED display, a 7.64 mm ultra-slim body design, and the 66 W HUAWEI SuperCharge technology.
The nova 8 features a 6.57-inch curved OLED display with a 90 Hz refresh rate and a 240 Hz touch sampling rate. It has a 391 PPI pixel density and 10-bit colour depth that delivers 1.07 billion colours. It houses a 32 MP selfie camera and a quad rear camera module comprising a 64 MP primary camera, an 8 MP ultrawide-angle camera, a 2 MP macro camera, and a 2 MP depth camera, which support HD 1080p videos.
It has a thickness of 7.64 mm and a weight of only 168 g. The smartphone supports the 66 W HUAWEI SuperCharge technology which can charge 60% in 15 minutes and top up fully in 35 minutes.
With the new device, users will be able to have access to HUAWEI's own apps, including the Petal Search, Petal Maps, HUAWEI Music, HUAWEI Videos, HUAWEI Books, HUAWEI Themes, and HUAWEI Cloud. There's also the HUAWEI Health app that can record over 100 sports activities, provide health stats, and workout data.
