HUAWEI MeeTime After-Sales Official Hotline Allows You to Troubleshoot Issues Using Screen Share
Today, HUAWEI launched the HUAWEI MeeTime After Sales Official Hotline, available first for HUAWEI P40 users.
The hotline allows you to communicate with HUAWEI's after-sales customer service representatives using the video call with screen share function, making it easier to demonstrate your issue quickly and clearly.
You can do this in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Select your region while setting up your new HUAWEI P40 device and input your HUAWEI ID. MeeTime will be automatically available on your device.
Step 2: Text the HUAWEI WhatsApp Hotline at +6012 685 5652 stating you would like to book and appointment, and indicate your preferred time slot.
Step 3: A MeeTime Hotline representative will call you at the selected time and help you troubleshoot your problems.
This service is part of the HUAWEI Care 2020 initiative to ensure you'll have peace of mind purchasing HUAWEI products and is available immediately for HUAWEI P40 devices.
