HUAWEI has officially launched the Mate X7 in Malaysia, its most refined and powerful foldable smartphone yet. Combining flagship performance, durability, and elegant ultra-slim design, it offers the versatility of a foldable without compromise.

Built for seamless transitions between work and entertainment, the Mate X7 delivers a smooth, intuitive experience whether used folded for one-handed convenience or unfolded for an immersive, large-screen display.

At the core of the HUAWEI Mate X7 is the X-True™ dual display system, featuring a 6.49-inch outer screen and a large 8-inch inner display for clear outdoor viewing and immersive multitasking. Smooth adaptive refresh rates ensure a fluid, responsive experience across apps, streaming, and scrolling.

Despite its expansive screens, the Mate X7 remains ultra-slim and comfortable to hold, thanks to its quad-curved foldable design. Premium details like the Time Space Gate camera module and Light Woven Brocade finish enhance its refined look, with colour options including Nebula Red, Classic Black, and Brocade White.

The Mate X7 also excels in photography, powered by Huawei’s True-to-Colour Camera system for accurate colours and strong low-light performance. A 50MP telephoto macro camera with 3.5x optical zoom and Ultra Lighting HDR capture sharp, detailed photos from wide scenes to close-ups, while Ultra HDR 4K video recording delivers cinematic results with rich colours and dynamic range.

Designed for long-term durability, the HUAWEI Mate X7 features Huawei’s Ultra-Reliable Foldable Architecture, with Ultra-Durable Crystal Armour Kunlun Glass on the outer display, an advanced precision hinge, and a reinforced multi-layer inner screen. With IP58 and IP59 dust and water resistance, it’s built to handle everyday use with confidence.

The device is powered by a 5,600mAh silicon-carbon battery supporting 66W wired and 50W wireless HUAWEI SuperCharge for all-day performance and fast recharging. Intelligent AI features further enhance usability, including AI photo editing tools, Face-to-Face Translation, and two-way AI noise cancellation for clearer communication in any environment.

The HUAWEI Mate X7 is priced at RM8,688 and will be available for pre-order in Malaysia from 20 January at all HUAWEI Experience Stores, the HUAWEI Official Website, the HUAWEI Official Store on Shopee, the HUAWEI Flagship Store on Lazada and the HUAWEI Official TikTok Shop.
