HUAWEI Malaysia officially introduces a new AppGallery assistant for your mobile app enquiries.

The assistant, “Sophia”, is available to message on WhatsApp every day from 9 AM to 9 PM.

Sophia can assist users with any HUAWEI Mobile Services (HMS) issues and is available in Bahasa Melayu, English and Chinese.
