Huawei has announced two new sports devices, the Huawei Watch Fit and FreeLace Pro.
The Huawei Watch Fit comes with an AMOLED HD display and can apparently last for up to 10 days on a single charge. It features 96 workout modes ranging from running and walking to cycling and swimming.
The Huawei Watch Fit also has a Quick-Workout Animation to guide you like a trainer. Appearance-wise, up to five photos from the user’s smartphone can be uploaded to customize the watch face. Sakura Pink and Graphite Black colour variants are available.
As for the FreeLace Pro, it comes with a 150 mAh lithium-ion polymer battery and low-power 3 dual-core Bluetooth chip. Huawei says that a five-minute charge will be able to provide five hours of playback.
If you turn off its noise cancellation, the battery can apparently offer up to 24 hours of use. There’s also a Transparency mode activated by tapping the left earbud that allows “surrounding environment sound” to get through to the user. It only comes in Graphite Black.
Both devices will be available for purchase from 9 September. The Huawei Watch Fit will cost RM499, while the FreeLace Pro will cost RM399. Huawei is offering a promotion until 9 October where buying two Watch Fits gets buyers a RM100 instant rebate as well.
Buying a Watch Fit also grants buyers a chance to participate in the HUAWEI WATCH FIT Badminton Championship, and a chance to face off against Olympic mixed doubles silver medalists Goh Liu Ying and Chan Peng Soon. More details on the championship will be announced on Huawei’s Facebook page.
