Honor has officially confirmed its first foldable device - the Honor Magic V - with a teaser video on Weibo.
Instead of a clamshell design, the upcoming phone will fold like a book similar to the Galaxy Z Fold3. It was previously rumoured to feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, an 8" foldable display, and a 6.5" cover display. The device is said to offer a tablet-like experience after unfolding.
While Honor has yet to confirm the release date and availability of the Magic V, the company's CEO claimed that it will be available in 2022. We expect the device to launch next month.
