HONOR has officially released its new X series in the Malaysian market, which consists of the HONOR X9 5G, HONOR X9, HONOR X8, and HONOR X7, all of which runs Android 11 with Google Mobile Services. Also launched is the MagicBook 16.
HONOR X9 5G
Powered by the Snapdragon 695 5G processor, the X9 5G comes with a 4800mAh battery along with 66W HONOR SuperCharge, which can top up to 50% in 15 minutes and fully charge it in 43 minutes. It has a large 6.81" HONOR FullView display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Equipped with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, it comes in Titanium Silver, Ocean Blue, and Midnight Black for RM1,299.
HONOR X9
The X9 boasts a quad rear camera module comprising a 64MP main camera, an 8MP wide-angle camera, a 2MP bokeh camera, and a 2MP macro camera. It is powered by the Snapdragon 680 chipset. Its 6.1" display has a 90Hz refresh rate and 2388 x 1080 resolution. It also supports 1080p video recording. It also packs the same 4800mAh battery, 66W HONOR SuperCharge, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. The X9 is available in Titanium Silver, Ocean Blue, and Midnight Black too for RM1,099.
HONOR X8
The lightweight HONOR X8 features the Snapdragon 680 processor, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. It sports a 90Hz 6.7" display with a 2388 x 1080 resolution. It has a quad array camera on the back, including a 64MP main camera, a 5MP wide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP bokeh camera. It also offers the same three color options - Titanium Silver, Ocean Blue, and Midnight Black - for RM899.
HONOR X7
The HONOR X7 uses a large 5000mAh battery that allows for 20 hours of usage in a single charge with the 22.5W HONOR Wired SuperCharge. It comes with a 6.74-inch with a 90Hz refresh rate. It's equipped with the Snapdragon 680 processor, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Retailing for RM699, it comes in Titanium Silver and Ocean Blue.
HONOR MagicBook 16
Weighing 1.84kg, the HONOR MagicBook 16 features a 16.1-inch IPS anti-glare display with 5.1mm thin bezels, a 144Hz refresh rate, a 1920 x 1080 resolution, and 300 nits of brightness. It covers 100% of the sRGB color gamut. It is powered by the AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processor and AMD Radeon graphics, which boasts a 26% improved performance and 15% graphics performance. The MagicBook 16 offers 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage in Space Grey at a price of RM4,299.
Pre-Orders
The HONOR X9 5G and HONOR X8 are available for pre-order from now until 6 April with free gifts worth up to RM516. Meanwhile, the HONOR MagicBook 16 can be pre-ordered from now until 13 April with freebies worth RM1,585.
On the other hand, the HONOR X9 and HONOR X7 will be available for purchase starting from 14 April.
