The successor of the Galaxy S22 Ultra, S23 Ultra is rumored to sport a 200MP Samsung HM1 ISOCELL camera sensor. Here's a concept video by Technizo Concept, showcasing what the camera module would look like on the upcoming flagship device.
While the Ultra model may come with a 200MP sensor, the S23 and S23 Plus are expected to use a 108MP main camera. Rumors also suggest that the S23 series will feature n LPTO display with a dynamic refresh rate ranging from 10Hz - 120Hz.
They will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor or Samsung's Exynos chipset, depending on the region. The phones may also be equipped with the Qualcomm X70 5G modem and OneUI 5 based on Android 13.
