miHoYo, creators of hit mobile game Honkai Impact, has just released a new trailer for Genshin Impact, their upcoming action-adventure game - and this time, it's for the Nintendo Switch.
The game was announced in June 2019 for both Windows, Android and iOS, and later on, PlayStation 4. Now, with yet another major platform confirmed for release, miHoYo is set to cast an even wider net over audiences.
Genshin Impact is a promising amalgamation of fantasy-style art and open-world gameplay that's strongly reminiscent of Nintendo's extremely successful Zelda installment - Breath of the Wild.
However, don't think that Genshin Impact is merely an anime-skinned ripoff of BOTW. Apart from a distinctly cutesy anime aesthetic, you'll also be able to play multiple characters in a faster-paced, more action-oriented play style.
Genshin Impact will launch on PC, mobile, PS4, and Switch sometime in 2020. Meanwhile, you can check out the Switch version of the teaser website here.
