Genshin 2.8 Update Livestream Announced For July 2
Genshin Impact is hosting a livestream for its upcoming 2.8 update.
Titled “Summer Fantasia”, the developer HoYoverse announced on social media that the stream will take place on Saturday July 2 at 8am ET (8pm Malaysian time).
Given what we know from the name of the update, the update will most likely focus on a summer theme similar to last year’s 1.6 Midsummer Island Adventure. That update also featured a teaser of Inazuma through the introduction of Kaedehara Kazuha.
If this pattern continues, we can potentially see a teaser for the new region of Sumeru and the highly anticipated 3.0 update
