While the game library filter is a basic feature, Epic Games Store players didn't get that and had to sort their games either alphabetically or by recency. Now, Epic is finally rolling an update that will finally allow players to go through their game libraries with several options.
The new feature comes with filter options for Genre, Features, Types, and Platform, each category with more options available when expanded. For instance, the Features menu offers options like co-op, competitive, controller support, multiplayer, and single player.
The filter feature may seem minor but is important, especially for players who have a large library of game titles. Many users would have many games in their library as Epic gives away free games on a weekly basis. The latest free title is Terraforming Mars.
