Casual PUBGM Players Assemble - MGO Lunchtime Cup is Back!

MCO is once again upon us, and that means more time to stay home and win some cash. MyGameOn has revived the MGO Lunchtime Cup, which was first introduced in April 2020 during MCO 1.0, for casual PUBGM (PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds Mobile) players to have fun and win some cash from home.

In collaboration with Team Bosskur, the first season of MGO Lunchtime Cup will feature popular esports streamers such Daddyhood, Gripex, Obot, Zynn, Naoki, Fiera, and Ombong.

The seasonal tournament will take place every Saturday and Sunday in February, starting at noon and lasting for two hours. Daily winners will stand a chance to take home at least RM300 and potentially up to RM800, depending on the amount of viewers watching. For those who prefer to sit on the sidelines, 2 livestream viewers will also be given the opportunity to score RM50 in prize money.

To participate, no pre-registration is needed, and you can participate solo if you wish. You'll just need to be one of the first 100 players to check into the online lobby - the room key will be provided during the livestream.

"We are bringing a new content format and this is the first MGO Lunchtime Cup that is seasonal based to ensure that there is continuity to the previous tournament. We hope this can continue to be enjoyed by the public for a few more seasons. We understand how challenging it is to work or study from home, so hopefully this initiative will be able to serve as a little entertainment on the weekends.”

- Matthew Ho, REV Media Group’s Head of Gaming Content
