ASUS has announced three new ZenBook models, each powered by an 11th Gen Intel processor and featuring compatibility with the new ASUS Pen as well as WiFi 6 support.
ZenBook Flip 13 OLED
The ZenBook Flip 13 OLED (UX363), described as the “world's thinnest convertible laptop” to have Full I/O ports, sports a thickness of 13.9mm and weight of 1.3kg. It has a 13.3-inch FHD OLED NanoEdge touchscreen with 3.9mm bezels that has a 0.2ms response time and 100% DCI-P3. The laptop’s 360° ErgoLift hinge allows for laptop, tablet, tent, and stand modes, as well as “anything in between”. The edge-to-edge keyboard is automatically lifted and tilted to enable easier typing and better cooling.
Inside, the ZenBook Flip 13 OLED has 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and a 512 GB PCIe 3.0 SSD. Ot also has a 67 Wh battery that allows for 14 hours of usage on a single charge. ASUS says that the battery can be charged to 60% capacity in 49 minutes. A 65-watt charger is included, and fast charging and ASUS USB-C Easy Charge are supported. For ports, the laptop has full-size HDMI and USB Type-A ports and two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports.
ZenBook Flip S OLED
Meanwhile, the ZenBook Flip S OLED (UX371) is described as “the world's thinnest 13” 4K OLED convertible laptop” with a thickness of 13.9mm and a weight of 1.2kg. It has a 4K UHD OLED NanoEdge touchscreen with 500 nits of brightness and a 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut. The screen also has PANTONE validation, VESA DisplayHDR 500 True Black certification, and TÜV Rheinland-certification. Like the ZenBook Flip 13 OLED, the ZenBook Flip S OLED has a 360° ErgoLift hinge. It also has ASUS NumberPad 2.0 and an edge-to-edge keyboard design.
The ZenBook Flip S OLED comes with 16 GB of RAM and a 1TB M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD. The battery can last for up to 10 hours, and like the ZenBook Flip 13 OLED supports ASUS USB-C Easy Charge and can be recharged to 60% in 49 minutes. Ports include a full-size HDMI port, two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C-ports, and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port.
Other features of the laptop include a Jade Black finish with Red Copper diamond-cut highlights and a brushed-aluminium decor bar for looks, and a noise-canceling microphone system.
ZenBook Duo 14 (UX482)
Finally, the ASUS ZenBook Duo 14 (UX482) features the 12.6-inch ASUS ScreenPad Plus secondary display with auto-tilt. The secondary screen, which tilts upwards by up to 7°, has a 1920 x 515 resolution and 400 nits of brightness. Both the main screen and the secondary screen support the ASUS Pen, which is included with the device. The ScreenPad Plus is powered by the upgraded Screen Xpert 2 that includes a new Window Flix feature and an updated Task Group app.
The laptop comes with 16GB of RAM, a 512GB PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD, and a NVIDIA GeForce MX450 graphics card. For ports, it has two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports in addition to one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port and a Standard HDMI port. Additionally, it has ASUS Intelligent Performance Technology and the AAS Plus thermal system.
