ASUS Announces Availability of Ascent GX10 Personal AI Supercomputer!

ASUS has announced that the new Ascent GX10 desktop AI supercomputer will be available starting October 15, 2025. Designed to make advanced AI development more accessible for developers, researchers, and data scientists, the compact system is powered by the NVIDIA® GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip and the NVIDIA AI software stack, delivering full-stack AI performance in a small form factor.

According to Jackie Hsu, ASUS Senior Vice President and Co-Head of the Open Platform and AIoT Business Groups, the company’s comprehensive lineup — from personal AI supercomputers and NVIDIA MGX servers to large-scale NVIDIA HGX B300 and GB300 NVL72 platforms — reflects ASUS’s commitment to supporting customers in scaling their AI capabilities within the NVIDIA ecosystem.

The ASUS Ascent GX10 is a compact, high-performance desktop engineered for AI development. Powered by the NVIDIA GB10 Superchip with a 20-core Grace CPU and Blackwell GPU, it delivers up to 1 petaflop of AI performance and supports 128GB of unified memory for handling models with up to 200 billion parameters. Despite its small 150 x 150 x 51 mm size, it offers a complete AI solution backed by NVIDIA’s full software stack, ideal for robotics, computer vision, and VLM applications.

Its scalable design allows two units to connect via ConnectX-7 interfaces, doubling performance to 2 petaflops with 256GB memory and 8TB storage — all while keeping data secure locally. Multiple SSD options, from 1TB to 4TB, cater to varying workloads, from small-scale experiments to large, data-intensive AI projects.

Precision-crafted for ultimate thermal efficiency

Ascent GX10 is meticulously-engineered and features a thermal design that’s optimized to handle demanding workloads effortlessly and ensure sustained high performance. The advanced thermal system features 7-level fan control, ultrawide fins, five heat pipes, and twin 140 x 80mm fans to draw air through discreet bottom vents to ensure powerful and efficient airflow.
