In time for Chinese New Year, Apple is now selling a new special edition AirPods Pro with the Year of the Tiger theme, featuring a super adorable tiger emoji on the charging case. The retail box also has the same cute emoji in red on its sides.
The Special Edition AirPods Pro - Tiger is available for order now in several markets, including Hong Kong, priced at HK$1,999 (~RM1,072). Aside from the tiger emoji, the special edition has the same specs as the standard AirPods Pro.
The AirPod Pro features active noise cancellation, transparency mode, spatial audio with dynamic head tracking, and IPX4 water resistance. The case can be charged with the Lightning connector, or wirelessly with a MagSafe charger or a Qi-certified charger.
As posted on ifanr's Weibo page, Apple is giving away a set of 12 red envelopes with a golden embossing of each of the twelve Chinese zodiacs.
