Acer launched the new Acer Nitro 5 that combines the power of Intel’s 11th Gen H-series (code-named “Tiger Lake-H”) mobile processors with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 graphics in Malaysia today.
The Acer Nitro 5 houses up to 16 GB of DDR4 RAM and 512 GB of PCIe NVMe SSD storage. Fortunately for gamers who need more RAM and storage capacity, it can support up to 32 GB of RAM and possesses an additional M.2 slot for 2.5” SATA expansion storage upgrades.
The gaming laptop features a 15.6-inch IPS FHD slim bezel display with a 144 Hz refresh rate and supports 72% NTSC colour gamut. For smoother gameplay, it offers Wi-Fi 6 and an Ethernet (RJ-45) port that supports Killer Ethernet E2600. It also allows users to instantly monitor system temperatures and loading performance, adjust fan speeds, and customize the 4-zone RGB keyboard.
The Acer Nitro 5 with the Intel Core i7-11800H processor and 16 GB of RAM is now available at all Acer official stores and Acer authorized resellers at RM5,699. Those who purchase it from today until July 9 from Acer’s official store or certified stores in Shopee or Lazada will receive free Acer Gateway FAE-i5 pro Wireless Earphones worth RM239. The Acer Nitro 5 with the Intel Core i5-11400H and 8 GB of RAM which is priced at RM4,799 will only be available in Malaysia at the end of July 2021.

Acer Malaysia is offering a series of deals for laptops, desktop monitors, and accessories on the Acer official website and certified stores in Lazada and Shopee.
The 11th Intel Core i7 Acer Swift 5 laptop is available at RM4,499 after a RM300 discount. For desktop monitors, the Acer XV270P, Acer XB273UGX, AOpen 22CV1Q, and AOpen 27HC5RP monitors are given 15% discount off their retail prices. Furthermore, accessories such as the 14-inch Acer laptop sleeve, Acer E300 Trueharmony Earphones, and Predator Galea 311 gaming headset are discounted at more than 50% during this period.
Acer Malaysia also announced RM500 off for selected Predator Helios 300 models for this month. Equipped with a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card, the Predator Helios 300 (PH315-53-79E7) with Intel Core i7-10870H is now available at RM5,499, while the Predator Helios 300 (PH315-53-58U0) with Intel Core i5-10500H is priced at RM4,799.
