Ubisoft Increasing Prices For Their Games

Ubisoft has confirmed that they will be increasing the price of their games moving forward.

According to an interview with Axios, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot confirmed that the price point of 70 USD (RM 315) will be the norm for future Ubisoft games.

“Some of the games will come at the same price as the competition. The big games will come at $70.”

This doesn’t come as a surprise, as many companies have released games at 70 USD over the last few years. While the increased price is not an industry standard at the moment, more companies shifting towards it might be an indication as to where the winds are blowing.
