TikTok Partners with FIGHT Esports to Launch TikTok Gaming Carnival 2021

Today, TikTok announced that it will team up with global esports entertainment platform, FIGHT Esports to launch the TikTok Gaming Carnival 2021 in Malaysia and Singapore.

The event will run from July 9 - 23 with a #GCMLBB hashtag challenge. Participants from both countries will stand a chance to win a total of 80 skins by uploading MLBB content such as gameplay highlights, skin showcases, or tips and tricks on how to play the game on TikTok. Among the 80 skins, 50 will be allocated for Malaysians and 30 for Singaporeans. The 515 series will be the top prizes while other winners will receive random skins. The winners will be announced on July 30.

Six Malaysian and two Singaporean content creators will participate in the exclusive MLBB Invitational Content Creator Showmatch on July 25, where they will battle for a prize of US$300 (~RM1,260). Fans can watch the stream on FIGHT Esports’ TikTok account from 2pm onwards.

Fight Esports has been partnered with TikTok in Southeast Asia since February 2021. The partnership led to the launch of its inaugural regional varsity tournament, FIGHT Campus League, which was designed to showcase the pro-level playing skills of university students.

“At FIGHT Esports, we are committed to bring gamers in the TikTok community together by delivering immersive and engaging gaming experiences, as well as paving ways for them to flex their gaming skills and share them with other passionate gamers,” said Matthew Ho, the Head of FIGHT Esports.
