TikTok is testing a new feature that allows you to dislike individual comments on videos. According to TikTok, you can flag comments that are "irrelevant or inappropriate" without the dislike button being visible to others.
Previously, TikTok has released a feature that lets you dislike a video that you, well, dislike, and now it's for comments. "This community feedback will add to the range of factors we already use to help keep the comment section consistently relevant and a place for genuine engagement," TikTok wrote.
TikTok also says that it's testing with sending reminders about features like comment filtering and bulk block and delete to creators who get many negative comments. The company will give an update on whether it decides to roll out the feature in full in the coming weeks.
