The ROG Strix LC Radeon RX 6800 XT GPU Combines Air and Liquid Cooling

As one of the most powerful GPUs that AMD has ever built, it's no surprise that the Radeon RX 6800 XT graphics card requires powerful cooling to keep temperatures manageable. ROG has put a liquid cooling twist on their iteration of the monstrous card, coupling it with a low-noise blower fan built into the shroud for the ultimate cooling performance.

According to ROG, they "built the ROG Strix LC Radeon RX 6800 XT from the ground up with a custom pump module that's specifically tailored to the needs of a graphics card." The card also features a large cold plate to cool the GPU silicon and GDDR6 memory modules, while a 240mm radiator offers high cooling potential while retaining broad compatibility with most modern PC cases.

The 600mm coolant hoses are also extra long to offer users more mounting options in their build, even with eATX enclosures. These are sleeved in textile webbing to prevent abrasion while enhancing its aesthetics.

On the radiator, you'll find custom-designed 120mm fans that are "optimized for both high CFMs and static pressure to keep air moving through the closely packed fins of the heat exchanger."

Of course, it also features addressable Aura RGB LEDs in the cooling shroud, as well as an illuminated ROG logo on the edge of the card, so it will look good no matter if it is vertically or horizontally mounted.
