The remaster of 2010 action-RPG NieR Replicant, titled NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139, will release in April 2021.
A trailer for the remaster was also released during Tokyo Game Show.
A prequel to 2017’s NieR: Automata, NieR Replicant follows a young man who sets off with a talking tome to save his sister Yonah after she becomes afflicted with an illness called the Black Scrawl. Back in 2010, the West received an altered version called NieR Gestalt that made the protagonist older and made Yonah his daughter instead.
