The LG Wing Will Cost US$999

Interested in getting the fancy swivelling LG Wing (if it ever comes to Malaysia)? Well, be prepared to dish out US$999, or approximately RM4,154, for it.

As reported by Techradar, the price was first leaked back in August but has now been confirmed - at least for US buyers. Those in the US can pre-order the Verizon version of the phone on 1 October and receive it on 15 October.

LG has said that the phone would launch in South Korea in October, followed by certain markets in North America and Europe. There’s no word of an Asian or Malaysian release yet.

The LG Wing’s main feature is its Swivel Mode, which allows the front of the phone to rotate and make a second, 3.9-inch screen accessible, allowing users to multi-task. It has a 20.5:9 6.8-inch P-OLED FullVision display for its main screen and a 32MP pop-up camera. The back features a 64MP Ultra High Resolution OIS Wide camera, a 12MP Ultra Wide Big Pixel camera, and a 13MP Wide camera. In Swivel Mode, the pop-up camera can be used alongside the rear cameras simultaneously via Dual Recording.
