While the launch date of the Redmi 10 has yet to be confirmed, Xiaomi has been dropping teasers of the upcoming device here and there.
Yesterday, the company confirmed that the new Redmi 10 will be powered by the Mediatek Helio G88 processor, which comes with dual Cortex-A75 cores and six Cortex-A55 cores. The smartphone will also feature Mali-G52 MC2 graphics and a 6.55-inch Full HD+ display with a 90 Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will run on the Android 11-based MIUI 12.5. It will be equipped with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.
For the cameras, it will have an 8 MP selfie camera and a quad-camera setup on the back, comprising a 50 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide angle, a 2 MP macro, and a 2 MP depth unit. It will house a 5000 mAh battery supporting 18 W fast charging.
Other features include dual speakers, a side-facing fingerprint scanner, a microSD card slot, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and Bluetooth 5.0.
