Overwatch Releases New Malevento Deathmatch Map

Blizzard Entertainment has officially released a brand new map, Malevento, for Overwatch, set in the countryside of Italy. Beyond the winding stairwells and quiet cobblestones, the map also hosts Talon's secret den, a villainous organisation in the Overwatch world.

According to the video, Malevento features an impressive art style with some interesting places to fight enemies, including a large spiraling stairwell with a jump pad at the bottom. The map was supposed to be released back in August, but was delayed since Activision Blizzard was embroiled in a gender discrimination and harassment lawsuit.

Overwatch is currently available on Switch, Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
