Albert Wesker appearance is confirmed according to the IMDb cast list.
One of the most-anticipated games in 2023 would be Resident Evil 4 Remake. The game is based on the 2005 original title which is often considered as the "last" action-packed survival horror RE title after Resident Evil 5 & Resident Evil 6. (Of course, RE7 &RE Village did make a comeback)
Recently, the cast list for Resident Evil 4 Remake confirms an appearance by Albert Wesker, the franchise antagonist will be featured in the game. According to IMDb, Connor Fogarty will be voicing Albert Wesker, which is the same actor that voiced Wesker in Dead by Daylight's Resident Evil content update.
While Wesker did not appear in the original version of the game, he did appear in Mercenaries Mode and was featured in Separate Ways (Ada campaign) as assigning Ada to collect the Las Plaga sample.
Anyhow, you should take this with a grain of salt until the confirmation from Capcom regards Albert Wesker would make an appearance in the upcoming remake. Meanwhile, you may watch the Resident Evil 4 Remake second trailer below.
Resident Evil 4 will release on March 24th on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
