This means the retirement of 3G networks will be undertaken by all telecommunication service providers across the country.
As the initiative is carried out in phases, Maxis is encouraging current 3G users to upgrade to 4G before the year ends. The company has rolled out the "Balas Budi dengan 4G" campaign to support users to prepare for the network transition.
Maxis is offering promotions and device bundling offers, including Zerolution plan and RM1 device plans with affordable monthly commitments for users who need to upgrade to 4G phones. They can call in, visit Maxis' website, or walk into any Hotlink or Maxis store nationwide to enjoy the offers.
