LG's PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier is available for pre-order from now until 31 August. It will officially arrive in Malaysia next month and will be available for purchase across LG authorised dealers as well as LG's official store on Lazada and Shopee.
The LG PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier is equipped with a fully automatic fan airflow control system for breathing comfort. It has two HEPA H13 filters which remove dust, virus, bacteria, and allergen up to 99.5% to ensure clean air for breathing.
The wearable air purifier comes with a respiratory sensor that can sense users' breathing. It also has dual fans that adjust to users' breathing cycle with an air flow at 10-55 LPM (liter per minute). This will help especially users who wear glasses as it will not only prevent stuffiness, but also keep the lenses from fogging up when exhaling.
It will be available in Creamy White and a large size. However, users who require a smaller size, may purchase the medium sizing face guard separately. "Its seamless, ergonomic design minimises air leakage around the nose and chin, sealing gently but firmly to the wearer’s face," read the press release. Weighing only 94 g, the device will be comfortable to wear for long periods.
It has a 1000 mAh battery that can last for up to 8 hours on a single charge. LG revealed that it will be rolling out a companion app that can connect to the device via Bluetooth which will allow users to track their breathing and control it from their smartphone, in the 4th quarter of this year.
