Lenovo Partners with Microsoft to Power Digital Transformation in Malaysian Schools

Yesterday, Lenovo announced their digital education transformation plan in collaboration with Microsoft. Under the new Lenovo EdVision program, schools and individuals in Malaysia will gain access to online resources that will aid them in their education transformation journey, as well as prioritised access to the latest solutions in education tech.

“Technology education is vital to securing the future careers of today’s students, and the future economy of Malaysia. Students in school today will enter into careers that have yet to be imagined – meaning that the fundamental structure of education is also changing. Lenovo understands the challenges schools face in transforming education and implementing new models of teaching, learning, and collaboration, while managing cost, efficiency, and security,”

- Khoo Hung Chuan, Director of Education Transformation and Development,

Lenovo Central Asia Pacific

Lenovo will also be working alongside Microsoft to host workshops and provide tech consultation to selected primary and secondary schools. In the coming months, Lenovo will also be organising solution showcases to demonstrate the adoption of collaborative learning in classrooms.

This program was previously launched in the Philippines and Indonesia before reaching Malaysian shores.
