Talk about fast! KLEVV has launched two new M.2 NVMe PCIe SSDs - the CRAS C920, which is KLEVV's first PCIe Gen 4x4 SSD, and the CRAS C720, which is an upgraded version of last year's C710 PCIe Gen 3x4 SSD.
The CRAS C920 utilises PCIe 4.0 technology and offers "up to 2-3 times the speed of current mainstream PCle Gen3 SSDs." Compatible with both the latest Intel and AMD platforms, it boasts a read and write speed of 7,000 MB/s and 6,850 MB/s respectively, and comes in 1 TB and 2 TB variants.
On the other hand, the CRAS C720 features more modest read and write speeds of 3,400 MB/s and 3,100 MB/s. It's available in capacities ranging from 256 GB to 2 TB to suit various needs.
Both variants come with a matte black PCB, uses 3D NAND technology, and comes with
an intelligent SLC caching algorithm and a hardware LDPC ECC Engine. Also included is the Acronis® True Image™ HD 2018 software for "easy full disk-image backup and data migration from older drives."
Both models come with a 5-year limited warranty and are distributed by Sunstrike Electronics in India. You can check out more info on the KLEVV CRAS C920 here, and the KLEVV CRAS C720 here. #klevv #ssd #klevvcras
