Instagram Introduces Translation Feature for Stories

Writer's picture: OliviaOlivia

Instagram has rolled out a translation feature in Stories to translate any text that is not in your app’s default language. The feature is now available for all of its users around the world.

The “See Translation” feature will be displayed on the top left corner under the username. The translation will pop out in the user’s own language along with the original text for reference. According to Instagram, the new feature currently supports over 90 languages to make sharing content easier for international audiences. That said, audio translation is still not available for now.
