HUAWEI Unveils Seven New Products During MWC 2022

During MWC 2022, HUAWEI has officially unveiled seven new products as part of its "Super Device concept for Smart Office", which allows for cross-device connectivity and collaboration for higher work efficiency.

HUAWEI MateBook X Pro 2022

The new Matebook X Pro features a 14.2" IPS LCD touchscreen with a 3120 x 2080 resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a 3:2 aspect ratio. It also has 500 its of brightness and covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. It is equipped with the 11th Gen Intel Core processor and Iris Xe graphics, along with 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 1TB M2 SSD. It comes with four USB-C ports and a headphone jack.


The 2-in-1 MateBook E is a much smaller Windows tablet that can function as a laptop via a bundled keyboard case. It has a 12.6" OLED display with a 2560 x 1600 resolution, 600 nits of brightness, and 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. It is also compatible with the 2nd Gen M-Pencil stylus.

It is equipped with up to the 11th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 512GB of PCIe NVMe SSDs. On the front, there's an 8MP shooter while on the back, there's another 13MP camera.

HUAWEI MateStation X

HUAWEI's new all-in-one PC, the MateStation X comes in a slim design, packing up to the AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processor, coupled with 16GB of DDR4 3200 MHz and 512 GB NVMe PCIe SSD. It has a large 28.2" display on an IPS panel with 500 nits of brightness, 98% coverage of the DCI-P color gamut, and Delta E≤1 color accuracy. For connectivity, it includes two USB-C ports, 2 USB-A ports, and an audio jack.

HUAWEI MatePad Paper

The new MatePad Paper is an e-reader that features a 10.3" display with a 256-level greyscale. The display comes with a built-in backlight to allow readers to read in the dark. It supports the M-Pencil for users to jot down notes on its paper-like PPMA surface. Running HarmonyOS 2, the device is equipped with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.

HUAWEI MatePad 2022

The new MatePad is powered by HUAWEI's HarmonyOS 2 to enable a seamless connection with other HUAWEI devices with features, including Mirror Mode, Extend Mode, and Collaborate Mode. It has a 10.4" 2K FullView display with an 84% screen-to-body ratio and TUV Rheinland Low Blue Light and Flicker Free certifications. The tablet supports the 2nd Gen M-Pencil and comes with the HUAWEI Free Script, Annotations, and Take Snippet features.


HUAWEI's first laser printer, the PixLab X1 is equipped with features such as Pop-up Pairing, Tap to Print, and Remote Printing to make printing easier with HUAWEI phones and tablets. It is also the industry's first printer to feature a toner cartridge drawer design for easy pigment replacement.

HUAWEI Sound Joy

The HUAWEI Sound Joy is the brand's first portable speaker co-engineered with Devialet, featuring a four-speaker-unit system. It is powered by an 8800mAh battery that is said capable of lasting for 26 hours of music playback. With IP67 dust and water resistance, it is available in Obsidian Black and Spruce Green.
