5G seems to be the hottest thing on the market right now, although it's not yet available to the Malaysian public - that said, it's still good to be prepared when it eventually rolls out in the future.
After pushing out the mid-range nova 7 SE 5G smartphone yesterday, HUAWEI has announced that they will be rolling out the MatePad Pro 5G later this month.
Powered by the Kirin 990 5G SoC, the HUAWEI MatePad Pro 5G is ultra slim, measuring just 7.99mm thick and weighing less than 500g. It will come clad in Forest Green vegan leather, unlike its non-5G counterpart which comes in a metal finish.
Packing a 7,250mAh battery, it benefits from the power-saving features integrated into Kirin 990 5G SoC and EMUI. It also supports 40W HUAWEI SuperCharge, 27W wireless charging, and up to 7.5W wireless reverse charging.
The HUAWEI MatePad Pro 5G will be available from 26 June onwards, priced at RM3,299. The local variant will come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, while free gifts including a 3-month subscription to HUAWEI video and 12 months of complimentary 50GB HUAWEI Cloud storage.
Also, if you're looking to pick up the Smart Magnetic Keyboard, it's priced at RM499 and you'll receive a free HUAWEI M-Pencil worth RM299 while stocks last.
Furthermore, if you purchase it by 30 June, you will also be eligible to enter the HUAWEI AppGallery Carnival's lucky draw. For more information, you can check out HUAWEI's official website.
