Reddit user BirdonWheels posted what appears to be early Horizon multiplayer development footage on the Horizon subreddit. We see various characters being controlled as they navigate an open-world area in the footage. There are also a number of hostile machines that attack the player during the showcase.
In addition, concept art from the summer of 2020 was discovered that could have been the game's theme, friends teaming together to hunt the machine creatures that roam Horizon Forbidden West's massive open world.
Although this is early alpha footage, it may not be representative of what the final game from Guerilla Games will look like. However, it gives gamers an idea of what to expect from Guerilla in the future with its multiplayer open-world game.
