Ten-HUT! All soldiers on standby, as the critically-acclaimed title Halo 3 will be coming to PC very soon.
Previously being exclusive to console, 343 Industries, the developers behind the game, has announced that Halo 3 will be available on PC through its Master Chief Collection at 1AM on 15 July. Gee, that's really quick!
The announcement comes after a closed beta phase for the PC version of Halo 3 wrapped up on schedule, and will join its other titles such as Halo: Reach, Halo Combat Evolved and Halo 2 in the Master Chief Collection for the PC port, while Halo 3: ODST and Halo 4 is planned to be completed on a later date.
In case you are a complete stranger to Halo 3, it is a first-person shooter cum role-playing game, with 11 classic missions to complete in the campaign mode. If you're looking for more realistic action, the game also features a 16-player multiplayer mode on 24 iconic maps!
You can check out more details on the Master Chief Collection and Halo 3 on its Steam Page. The technical requirements of the game isn't high (2GB RAM with minimum GTS450 GPU), so I expect that I will have a word with my bank account real soon.
