This week, a game of war between mecha and Kaiju as well as a horror game inspired by Resident Evil will launch a Switch version. Drinkbox Studios' dungeon crawler will also make a release on Switch and PlayStation.
13 Sentinels: Aegis RIM
13 Sentinels: Aegis RIM is divided into 3 parts: Remembrance, with exploration and dialogue taking priority and advancing the narrative; Destruction, where characters equip mecha and engage in pausable real-time battles; and Analysis, where event scenes and important items and characters are archived.
In this game, players will control 13 students who are transported from 1980s Japan to a futuristic war between mechas and Kaiju. The storyline is split between the characters and each has to summon their own Sentinel a mecha designed to fight the Deimos which also has the ability to travel between different eras.
First released in 2019, 13 Sentinels: Aegis RIM will arrive on Switch on 12 April.
Nobody Saves the World
Played from a top-down perspective, Nobody Saves the World is an action RPG that offers a solo and a multiplayer mode. In this game, players assume the role of a character named Nobody, equipped with a wand. Players can use the wand to transform into 15 forms, such as magicians, robots, and dragons, each can be combined to create attacks.
Nobody Saves the World was first released earlier this year and will launch on PS4, PS5, and Switch on 14 April.
Tormented Souls
Tormented Souls follows Caroline Walker investigating the mysterious disappearance of twin girls in a terrifying mansion-turned-hospital. Caroline faces dark forces and horrors as she explores the abandoned mansion. Look for items and resources, and combine them to solve puzzles.
Tormented will make its Switch debut on 14 April.
