It's been some time since the big fight between Apple and Fortnite, leading to the battle royale by Epic Games being banned on the App Store. Well, good news for iPhone users who play Fortnite, you may soon be able to play the game again thanks to a new update from Nvidia's GeForce Now streaming service.
Apparently, Epic Games and Nvidia have joined forces to bring Fornite on GeForce Now via the Safari browser on iOS, starting with a closed beta "in batches over the coming weeks" for all GeForce Now subscribers. On top of that, the two companies have worked together to introduce new touch controls for streaming Fortnite from the cloud.
In case you didn't know, Apple removed Fortnite from the App Store back in 2020 when Epic Games sued the tech giant over its App Store policies, seeing a trial between the two companies last year and as a result, Apple banned Fortnite from the App Store for five years.
