Epic's New "Mystery" Game - Salt and Sanctuary

Joining Epic's list of free games during this holiday is Ska Studios' 2D action RPG that was first released in 2016. In the game, players assume the role of a shipwrecked sailor on an uncharted island. They must explore the island when the princess the ship was carrying has gone missing. Of course, there are monsters and creatures on the island waiting for players.

The game received "generally favourable" reception from critics with praises for its graphical style and gameplay. A sequel, Salt and Sacrifice is currently in development for a release in 2022 on Epic Games Store, PS4, and PS5.
