Corsair has just launched a new optical-mechanical version of the K70 RGB TKL Champion Series gaming keyboard, featuring a tenkeyless design and aluminum build.
It comes with optical-mechanical key switches that boast a 1.0mm actuation distance with each switch guaranteeing 150 million keystrokes and sturdy PBT double-shot keycaps that resist wear and fading. The keyboard can be connected with a detachable USB-C cable. It features per-key RGB backlighting, which is customizable via the Corsair iCUE software, a volume roller, and onboard storage that can save up to 50 profiles.
In terms of performance, the keyboard has an 8000Hz hyper-polling rate enabled by Corsair's Axon Hyper-Processing, delivering 8 times faster keystrokes speed. On the back, there's a tournament switch that can be toggled to instantly lock the backlighting to a static color effect and disable macros.
