ASUS has announced its new ROG Strix LC GeForce RTX 3090 Ti and TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3090 Ti graphics cards, in both Standard and OC editions.
ROG Strix LC GeForce RTX 3090 Ti
The ROG Strix LC GeForce RTX 3090 Ti GPU features a 240mm radiator cooled by a pair of 120mm ARGB fans as well as a blower-style fan and a heatsink under the shroud in a 2.6-slot design. It has two FanConnect II headers that allow users to connect case fans to the GPU to increase airflow. There's also a dual-mode BIOS switch for users to opt between high cooling performance or quiet operations. Compatible with Aura Sync are the addressable RGB LEDs on the shroud, bridge, and radiator fans.
TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3090 Ti
The TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3090 Ti graphics card has a matte black metallic shroud that covers a 3.2-slot heatsink. The width of the three Axial-tech fans has been increased to 1.5cm to increase static pressure, and all three have a half-width barrier ring to direct air to where needed. The middle fan rotates in an opposite direction to the other two to reduce turbulence. It also includes a dedicated memory heatsink to keep the GDDR6X memory cool and a 0dB fan-stop mode to maintain silence when running under light loads or at idle. Onboard Aura RGB LEDs are customizable for users to match the rest of their system.
To get the best performance from the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti graphics cards, ASUS recommends a power supply with 1000 watts of capacity and more, depending on the specs of the rest of users' systems, such as the ROG Strix and ROG Thor PSUs.
The pricings of the new GPUs are as follows:
ROG-STRIX-LC-RTX3090TI-O24G-GAMING - RM11,000
TUF-RTX-3090TI-O24G-GAMING - RM10,200
TUF-RTX-3090TI-24G-GAMING - RM9,700
