Besides laptops, ASUS has announced new gaming monitors and portable monitors, mini PCs, and a capture box at CES 2022, designed for gamers, creative professionals, and mobile professional users.
ROG Swift PG32UQXE
The ROG Swift PG32UQXE is a mini LED 4K HDR Nvidia G-Sync gaming monitor featuring a 32" IPS panel that can be overclocked up to 160Hz. It has 10-bit color, Delta E<2 color accuracy, up to 1000 nits of brightness, and 97% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut. The mini LED technology enables Full Array Local Dimming (FALD) across 576 zones to deliver detailed visuals. For connectivity, it offers a DisplayPort 1.4, an HDMI 2.1 port, two HDMI 2.0 ports, and five USB ports. It also supports the Nvidia Reflex Analyzer that can measure end-to-end system latency when paired with an Nvidia Reflex mouse.
Powered by Adaptive Control technology, the AUO AmLED technology allows for precise adjustment of brightness, contrast ratio, colors, refresh rate, and power consumption in real-time. Thanks to AmLED HDR 1000, the monitor has a high 1000000:1 dynamic contrast ratio.
ASUS ProArt Display OLED PA16DC
The 15.6" ProArt Display OLED PA16DC is a 4K HDR OLED monitor designed for on-set use. It features 10-bit color, Delta E<1 color accuracy, 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut, and a 1000000:1 contrast ratio. The monitor also supports DisplayHDR 400 True Black and ASUS Smart HDR technology to support multiple HDR formats and PQ curves.
ASUS ProArt Display PA348CGV
The ProArt Display PA348CGV monitor comes with a 34" UWQHD display, as well as Delta E<2 color accuracy and 120Hz variable frame rate for smooth 2D or 3D rendering. The Calman verified monitor includes a monitor stand and a C-clamp desk mount option for users to choose according to their needs. It offers a DisplayPort, 2 HDMI ports, and a USB-C port that supports 90W power delivery.
ASUS ZenScreen Go MB16AWP
The ASUS ZenScreen Go MB16AWP wireless portable monitor comes with a 15.6" Full HD IPS panel with an anti-glare surface. With built-in Wi-Fi, it doesn't need any cable and is powered by a 7800mAh battery that provides it up to 3.5 hours of battery life.
Thanks to an integrated G-sensor, it has an auto-rotation function that allows the monitor to sense the display's orientation to switch between landscape and portrait modes. To offer various viewing angles, it now comes with a new fold-out kickstand. Ports-wise, it includes two USB Type-C ports, a mini HDMI port, and an earphone jack. It also comes with a 1/4-inch thread socket at the bottom, which is compatible with standard tripod stands.
ASUS ZenScreen Ink MB14AHD
The ZenScreen Ink MB14AHD has a 14" IPS panel that offers 10-point touch and an active stylus for writing. The stylus supports Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP) 2.0 and has 4096-level pressure sensitivity.
ASUS BE24ECSNK
Featuring a 23.8" Full HD IPS display, the ASUS BE24ECSNK monitor has an integrated 2MP FHD webcam and dual microphones with Ai-powered noise cancellation technology for video conferencing and online classes. The built-in webcam offers both tilt (-10°, +10°) and swivel (-135°, +180°) adjustments. The webcam includes a Face Auto Exposure technology that automatically detects faces and optimizes images.
For connectivity, it comes with a DisplayPort-over-USB-C with 80W power delivery, DisplayPort in and out for daisy-chain support, an HDMI port, RJ45 for wired Ethernet connection, 4-port USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub, and two 2W stereo speakers. The monitor is mounted on a 10mm height-adjustable stand that can swivel, pivot, and tilt.
ASUS Mini PC PN64 and ASUS Mini PC PN52
Coming in a compact layout and thermal design, the Asus Mini PCs measure just 120 x 130 x 55.5 mm. Both models can support up to 4 displays and feature built-in two-way AI noise cancellation.
The Mini PC PN64 is powered by a 12th Gen Intel Core processor and DDR5-4800 RAM. It has 5 USB ports as well as a configurable port to accommodate docks and storage devices.
On the other hand, the Mini PC PN52 features an AMD Ryzen H series processor and AMD Radeon graphics. It comes with two M.2 2280 SSDs and one 2.5" SATA HDD. For connectivity, it has dual dual HDMI ports and seven USB ports, including a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port that supports DisplayPort 1.4 and 120W power delivery.
TUF Gaming Capture Box-FHD120
Made to deliver pro-grade streaming for console and PC gamers, the TUF Gaming Capture Box-FHD120 is a compact and easy-to-use device. It can also support DSLR cameras and Open Broadcaster Studio (OBS).
Unlike the CU4K30, the FHD120 can capture 1080p video at a super smooth 120 frames per second. It comes with a built-in hardware scaler that lets it handle both downscaling and upscaling of images up to 1080p. Its HDMI 2.0 port allows 4K at 60Hz or 1080p at 120Hz depending on users' needs. There's also another HDMI 2.0 port and USB Type-C port available.
As it is also USB Video Class (UVC) capable, users can plug it directly into a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port to transfer raw, uncompressed videos for high streaming quality. At the front, there are two 3.5mm jacks for a headset and a game controller.
With the new ASUS Video Capture Console software, users can customize the settings of the FHD120 to satisfy their needs. They can adjust the volume of the input and headset audio, disable HDCP detection, and control the ARGB lighting. The ARGB lighting also functions to notify users of HDCP and EDID warnings, and tell them which cables are plugged in. The UF Gaming Capture Box-FHD120 supports PS4, PS4 Pro, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch.
