Apple Fitness+ is introducing a new programme - Workouts to Get Ready for Snow Season - featuring and designed with two-time Olympic gold medalist and five-time world champion skier Ted Ligety, along with Fitness+ trainer Anja Garcia.
Fitness+ will be coming to 15 new countries including Malaysia later this year and workouts will be getting subtitles in 6 languages. Apple has also introduced a Group Workouts feature for Apple Fitness+, where users can work out with up to 32 people at once to keep each other motivated.
Users will be able to start a Group Workout through a group message thread or FaceTime. On the screen, users will be able to see their friends or family sharing the workout. They will also be able to see their metrics and progress toward closing their Activity rings on the Burn Bar.
Additionally, there will be new workouts, including guided meditation, pilates, and programmes to help users to get ready for the snow season starting 27 September. The Fitness+ latest features will only be available on Watch Series 3 or later. It is also compatible with watchOS8 paired with iPhone 6s or later.
