Among Us Free on Epic Games Store

Epic Games Store has revealed its latest free game to be Among Us. Sounds sus, but it’s true.

In case you’ve forgotten what the game is about or have somehow never heard of it, Among Us is a multiplayer game with 4-10 players split into Crewmates and Imposters. The Crewmates have to prep their spaceship for departure, while the Imposters play along but are secretly working to kill off the Crewmates. The game received its fourth map, Airship, on March 31, and will be adding a gray character model and getting a PS4/PS5 release in the future.

Among Us first released in 2018, but it became incredibly popular in 2020 thanks to Twitch and the COVID-19 pandemic keeping people home. For those who haven’t tried the game, this free giveaway could provide an incentive to do so.
