Alliance Kicks Captain 'Fata' and Offlaner '33' in the Middle of DPC Season

If only it were posted a day later, then we could all breathe a sigh of relief and put it down to a tasteless April Fool's Joke. However, it seems that even Alliance's great performance the past few months were not enough to save Adrian "Fata" Trinks and Neta "33" Shapira from being unceremoniously kicked from the roster.

Alliance says this decision was made to "close the gap to the absolute top", indicating that despite their decent performance, the lineup still lacked the potential to compete with best.

Teammate Linus "Limmp" Blomdin added that “these decisions are never fun to make but we feel like we need to switch things up to be able to grow further.”

In a TwitLonger post, Fata stated that this came as a surprise to him and 33, and that he was disappointed as they created the team together. He plans to take a break, after which he will rebuild a fresh team alongside 33.

So far, Alliance has yet to announce the replacements for these two players. However, with the LA Major looming, we expect the announcement to come before the European division begins on 4 April.
